James (Jim) Ousley joined CVC Capital Partners Limited in 2014, and currently serves as senior operating partner.

With a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Jim has more than 40 years of global technology experience, serving in various executive positions in multiple technology and communications companies.

Jim has helped form and direct numerous IT product and service joint ventures, restructurings, spinouts and recapitalizations in the United States, Asia, Europe and India. He serves on a wide range of boards as director, vice chair, and chair. Jim lives in Sedona.
